super green parsley and cilantro smoothie

  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 1/3 of English cucumber or 1 regular size cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger minced (I use a lemon zester to make it fine)
  • 1/4 tsp fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp dry)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cups water (or coconut water)
  • optional if you want it sweeter, add one chopped pear skin on

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy!
